Dear Dr. Dietze and staff,

I'm sending this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the service and care I received during the past year. I know that driving 284 miles round trip seemed a little strange to some of my friends, but I could not have been happier with choosing you to do my implants. There were many things that have impressed me about the way you and your staff handle things. It started right away with the consultation, you asked me what I would like to have done, and then proceeded with prices. You then asked what my budget would tolerate and allowed me to make my own decisions based on all of the information. It is very nice to have found someone that truly cared that I got the most out of the money I had to spend. One of the other things that really impressed and showed me how much you care was calling me Saturday afternoon after the surgery to make sure everything was alright.
I don't think I could have found a dentist with a more friendly and helpful staff than the staff you have. They make a person feel like you are part of the family. You and the girls worked very hard at making sure we got everything we could possibly get done at each visit to save me trips.
From a cost stand point, it was very nice to only be charged what we had talked about originally. There were no hidden costs or additional charges.
Finally, I know that I ws very lucky to have found your office. I truly hope that other people will take the chance to come and see you even if it is a long distance. I know that they will be very happy with the service and results. Thank you!

Thank You! Thank You! It has been two years since I have been able to eat something with out my mouth hurting. I would like to thank all of you for the wonderful care and treatment I received at your office. Dr. Dietze, you have a wonderful staff. They made me feel welcome and made sure all my needs were met.

Dear Dr Dietze

I just left your office where you checked me after surgery. I just want to tell you that for all the work you did, it was a breeze for me.It really was not an unpleasant experience even though I was nervous at first. The meds I took before my appointment took away my anxious tension. You had explained everything in detail when we talked about the procedure. You answered all my questions so I would know everything you would be doing. Your staff is wonderful. They put me in the chair, you put on the oxygen and the last I remember was when you put a pill under my tongue. You all helped me smile through the experience. My husband followed all of your instructions and probably drove you all nuts with his questions. I took one pain pill and have only used Tylenol, so that tells me you were gentle with me. We have more to do but the rest will be a piece of cake.
Thanks again for the care I was given.

Dear Dr. Dietze,

I want to take a moment and thank you for the wonderful job you did restoring my smile. For years I have ha to put up with an upper partial denture. I hated having to take it out at night and to clean it. My regular dentist did not have any other options for me.You were able to reconstruct my upper teeth with bridgework that is fixed in place and looks and feels great. In fact when I returned to my local dentist for a cleaning, he called the dentist next door to come and look at your work. He made the comment that he didn't know how many dentists that would even attempt a difficult case like mine; not to mention get the result you did.What a complement to your work and a reassurance of how I fell. I am glad I made the two-hour trip to see you. Thanks for making my smile great!

Afraid of the Dentist? Not Anymore!

Of my many past experiences with the dentist not many of them have been pleasant. Having my first cavities at age 11 wasn't exactly thrilling. Regardless of how much I tried to keep my teeth clean another cavity always turned up. From then on I just thought I was cursed in having bad teeth. If you thought having cavities were bad enough my senior year of high school I ended up having an extraction of one of my lower molars. The dentist who extracted my tooth suggested a bridge to gap the space now created by the loss of my tooth.My Aunt being who she is was not happy with that decision and decided we'd look around for better options. That's where Dr. Randel Dietze comes in. At our first consultation with Dr. Dietze he took the time to share what options laid before us. The mutual decision for the future of my dental health and overall happiness we decided on a tooth implant.So I know what you are thinking a tooth implant? Scary. Yes, it was at first but with the kindness and compassion of Dr. Dietze and Staff I felt extremely comfortable in his care. The procedure was pretty easily tolerated and I feel confident about the future outcome and success of my implant.Now when my friends talk about how much they hate going to the dentist, I say to them "Dr. Dietze is the best dentist I have ever had" and thanks to him my smile is brighter and my fears are gone.

Thanks so much for the "miracle" you performed on the correction of my smile! I was amazed by your "artistry" in the transitioning of my teeth; from the beginning stages of being crooked, discolored & oddly shaped...to the final stage of being completely straight, white & shaped only to perfection! The results were amazing! My career requires an abundance of travel; thus, giving me the opportunity to meet with various people from all walks of life & various styles of smiles! Granted, it's not everyday that I am greeted by someone that would be classified as having the "perfect smile", but in retrospect, it has been very apparent to me, those that are fortunate enough to fall into that category all seem to have on thing in common...and that is, without a doubt..."CONFIDENCE"!! Throughout my travels, I don't ever recall meeting someone with a perfect smile that did not come across as extremely confident! The two seem to go hand in hand.
