Dear Dr. Dietze and staff,

I'm sending this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the service and care I received during the past year. I know that driving 284 miles round trip seemed a little strange to some of my friends, but I could not have been happier with choosing you to do my implants. There were many things that have impressed me about the way you and your staff handle things. It started right away with the consultation, you asked me what I would like to have done, and then proceeded with prices. You then asked what my budget would tolerate and allowed me to make my own decisions based on all of the information. It is very nice to have found someone that truly cared that I got the most out of the money I had to spend. One of the other things that really impressed and showed me how much you care was calling me Saturday afternoon after the surgery to make sure everything was alright.
I don't think I could have found a dentist with a more friendly and helpful staff than the staff you have. They make a person feel like you are part of the family. You and the girls worked very hard at making sure we got everything we could possibly get done at each visit to save me trips.
From a cost stand point, it was very nice to only be charged what we had talked about originally. There were no hidden costs or additional charges.
Finally, I know that I ws very lucky to have found your office. I truly hope that other people will take the chance to come and see you even if it is a long distance. I know that they will be very happy with the service and results. Thank you!

Thank You! Thank You! It has been two years since I have been able to eat something with out my mouth hurting. I would like to thank all of you for the wonderful care and treatment I received at your office. Dr. Dietze, you have a wonderful staff. They made me feel welcome and made sure all my needs were met.
